InductivLand Marketplace

By accessing InductivLand (the "Platform"), a service of Inductiv3D Technologies LLC, and by checking the acceptance box during registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

InductivLand is a data marketplace identifying and presenting vacant land parcels with below-market acquisition potential. We use proprietary scoring methodology to surface listings to qualified buyers.

3.1 InductivLand earns a 5% platform fee on the gross closing price of each transaction originating from a Platform-disclosed parcel.

3.2 If you receive disclosure of a parcel through the Platform, the 5% fee is owed for any transaction involving that parcel for a period of 24 months from the date of disclosure, regardless of the channel through which closing occurs.

3.3 Circumvention means any attempt to transact with a disclosed seller, or introduce that seller to a third party, outside the Platform's escrow.

3.4 InductivLand may pursue all available legal remedies for circumvention, including the full 5% fee, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees.

3.5 Introduction Record. We log every listing view, packet request, unlock event, and offer submission. These constitute the Introduction Record evidencing that a buyer was introduced to a property through InductivLand.

3.6 18-Month Tail. If a Buyer (or any party affiliated with the Buyer) closes on a parcel within 18 months of the buyer's first Introduction Record event for that parcel — whether the transaction is closed through InductivLand, directly with the seller, through another agent, or by any other means — the InductivLand facilitation fee remains owed and may be collected through legal action including recovery of reasonable attorney's fees.

3.7 Acknowledgment. By unlocking listing data, submitting an offer, or subscribing to a paid tier, Buyer acknowledges this clause and agrees to its enforcement.

3.8 Seller Obligation & 18-Month Introduction Tail. Sellers who submit parcels to InductivLand agree to the Seller Listing Agreement, which codifies:

• 90-Day Exclusive Marketing: Seller grants InductivLand exclusive marketing rights for 90 days from listing activation. Seller will not list the parcel on competing platforms, with other agents, or via any other public channel during this period.
• Facilitation Fee: If the parcel sells during exclusivity (whether through InductivLand or otherwise), a technology facilitation fee of the greater of $500 or 6% of sale price is due at closing.
• 18-Month Introduction Tail: For 18 months after the exclusivity period ends, if Seller closes with any buyer introduced via InductivLand (defined as: viewed listing detail, requested packet, unlocked content, or submitted offer), the facilitation fee remains owed.
• Non-Circumvention: Sellers agree not to facilitate direct contact between themselves and InductivLand-introduced buyers to avoid the facilitation fee. Circumvention attempts do not extinguish the fee obligation.

Breach of exclusivity or non-circumvention terms renders the fee owed and enforceable. The Seller Listing Agreement is presented and electronically signed at /inductivland/submit prior to listing activation, with the signed agreement text, timestamp, and IP address captured for legal audit.

You may not scrape, republish, redistribute, or resell listing data or ERS scores. You may not use Platform data to build competing services or to populate third-party datasets.

Parcel ID (APN), seller identity, and exact address are not disclosed until offer acceptance and escrow opening. Attempting to deanonymize listings violates these Terms.

Listings are AI-discovered. ERS scores are algorithmic outputs, not appraisals. Buyers are responsible for all due diligence. InductivLand makes no representation as to title, zoning, access, or fitness for any purpose.

InductivLand's total liability shall not exceed the greater of fees paid in the preceding 12 months or $100.

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Travis County, TX under AAA rules, except for claims for injunctive relief.

InductivLand offers the following recurring subscription tiers:

• Starter — $99/month or $948/year
• Pro — $249/month or $2,388/year
• Enterprise — custom pricing

By subscribing through Stripe Checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price unless cancelled before renewal. Cancel anytime from My Dashboard → Account → Manage Subscription. Access continues through the end of the current paid period; we do not issue partial refunds for unused time. Annual plans are billed once at start of period and are non-refundable mid-period except as required by law. We may change prices on 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle. If your payment method fails, we may suspend access until resolved.

• Listing Unlock — $19: permanent access to a single listing's full data (price, sub-scores, zoning, comps, owner info)
• Detailed Build Report — $49: a downloadable PDF report for a parcel
• Bundle (Listing + Build Report) — $68

One-time purchases are non-refundable once content is unlocked or the report is generated, except as required by law.

InductivLand is a technology marketplace, not a real estate brokerage.

• No agency relationship — we do not represent buyers or sellers
• Direct buyer-seller contracts — terms negotiated independently, closed through licensed title companies
• Platform role — AI deal analysis, parcel data, satellite imagery, document sharing, transaction coordination
• Fee classification — technology facilitation fee paid at closing from escrow, not a commission for representation
• Inductiv3D principal role — separate construction agreement governs any 3D-printed build engagement

Inductiv3D build estimates shown on listings are non-binding indications based on parcel characteristics, zoning, and parametric construction modeling. They are not bids, not quotes, and not guarantees of cost or feasibility. Final pricing requires a separate Inductiv3D engagement.
